• Environmental Conditions: outdoor work, frequent lifting, exposure to dust/pollens, weather.

Responsibilities

• Provides good customer service to visitors; represents HOPE in the community.
• Accepts donated materials and provides receipts.
• Prepares material for pickup by HOPE trucks; sorts clothing from other items.
• Maintains neat storage and secures all materials.
• Loads and unloads donated materials as needed.
• Locks/unlocks station at shift start/end.
• Reports concerns and losses to home base; documents issues promptly.
• Performs other duties to ensure efficient operation.
