Job summary

Goodwill South Florida in Miami is seeking an ADC attendant to manage donations at the Attended Donation Center. You will greet donors, assist with unloading, provide receipts, and ensure donations are sorted by category. You will also maintain donor logs and complete required forms.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. A flexible schedule including weekends and regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors upon arrival at the attended donation center.
• Unload or assist the donor in unloading donations from the donor’s vehicle.
• Offer donation receipts to donors and assist donors in completing the form.
• Thank the donor for the donation.
• Sort donations in a 3-sider or hamper according to the item category.
• Notify the office of ADC status, trash, oversized items, donors, and needed repairs daily.
• Clean the interior and surrounding exterior area of the donation center.
• Complete the donor log, electrical, and other forms as required.
• Train new ADC attendants on donation center responsibilities.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel to different locations within the region.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
