Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donation Attendant in Santa Rosa Beach to deliver excellent customer service while receiving and assisting with donated goods. The role includes issuing tax receipts, counting donations, and transporting items, with a required ability to lift up to 50lbs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Under supervision, you may assist with unloading donations, pricing and sorting goods, and supporting store operations to meet weekly quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures
• Willingness to mentor and train co-workers

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to our donors and customers.
• Greet each co-worker, donor and customer in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist donors with unloading donations and issue tax receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Transport donations to designated areas (production, sales floor, warehouse).
• Keep a clean and safe work area and report safety hazards.
