There is emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. The job involves lifting and moving up to 100 lbs occasionally, with ergonomic safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Answers the donation door as soon as the buzzer rings.
• Unloads donations for the donor and handles donations in a professional manner while bringing them inside.
• Distributes tax receipts.
• Processes donations efficiently
• Accurately prices and moves merchandise directly to staging areas.
• Assists in maintaining safety and security of donated merchandise.
