Marion Goodwill Industries is hiring a Donation Attendant in Powell, Ohio. This full‑time role supports donors, processes donations, and maintains a welcoming site for shoppers. You will assist with unloading, issue tax receipts, track donations, and help the transportation team as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to read, write, communicate clearly, and perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist donors promptly and courteously (within 10 seconds).
• Help donors unload items and provide tax receipts.
• Ensure stewardship of donations and maintain accurate daily counts.
• Separate wares from textiles and prepare items for processing.
• Keep donation site clean, safe, and organized.
• Track and report donor activity and equipment needs accurately.
