Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at our Payson store. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and tag items, and maintain the sales floor and station to ensure a high standard of presentation.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork within a busy retail environment. Candidates should be 18+ and able to pass background checks. Benefits and opportunities are provided by the organization.

Qualificações

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales.
• Process donated merchandise for sale, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance and a safe store environment.
• Safeguard company property and report incidents of theft or misuse.
• Follow safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Lift, bend, push, and maneuver merchandise in a fast-paced setting.
