Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience in our Goodyear store. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help meet sales quotas while ensuring safety and security of goods and the floor.

The role requires English proficiency, being 18+, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for assigned department.
• Maintains store floor, handles safety and security, and supports fast-paced work environment.
