Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team-oriented employee to join our store, leading the process and presentation of donated merchandise for sale. You will work with the store team to ensure an excellent customer and brand experience while contributing to sales goals.

The role requires physical stamina, attendance, and adherence to safety rules; starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Full benefits are provided after probation, with opportunities for growth within Goodwill.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and tagging, meets minimum quota and sell-through targets for the department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards and processes.
• Stocks merchandise in designated areas and assists customers as needed.
