Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a customer- and brand-focused experience. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and meet sales quotas. The role requires physical activity, strict attendance, and adherence to safety standards across GCNA stores.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits are offered after probation, including health plans, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation according to standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Communicates hazards to leadership.
• Follows safety rules and uses equipment as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Models Goodwill core values and supports team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
