Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to work in our Mesa store, leading a strong customer and brand experience while processing donated merchandise for sale. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient stocking in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package after probation, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and time off.

Qualifications

• Able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, and meets quotas.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and safe work practices.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keeps sales floor and workstation organized according to standards.
• Stocks merchandise and assists in proper storage and disposal when needed.
