Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support Donated Goods Retail. You will process textile donations, price and tag items, and stock the sales floor while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, stand for long periods, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. This position emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ years old and flexible for all shifts.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to work in open warehouse and varied weather.
• Willing to learn equipment and technology.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items, including sorting, pricing and tagging for the sales floor.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
• Select items for the Ecommerce department.
• Assist in overall daily operations and maintain customer service standards.
• Ensure safety and comply with manuals, policies and procedures.
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
