Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support Donated Goods Retail operations. You will process donations including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and stocking items while meeting production and quality standards.

The role requires ability to work in an open warehouse environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and be flexible to evenings and weekends. No formal education is required, and 18+ age is required to comply with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Need to be adaptable and flexible to supporting daily operations.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology used in donation processing.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift and move items throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor.
• Identify items for the Ecommerce department.
