Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Merchandise Processor to support daily operations in our donated goods retail. You will sort, price, tag, and move donations to the sales floor while helping maintain floor appearance and stock levels.

Responsibilities include daily production tracking, collaboration with the Ecommerce team, and delivering courteous service to customers and donors in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required; must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic; follow instructions.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process donations including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and miscellaneous items for resale.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor and recover displays as needed.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor; meet daily/weekly goals.
• Assist Ecommerce in selecting items for online listings.
• Provide friendly, timely customer service to customers, donors and staff.
