Qualifications

• Must speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting minimum quota and sell-through targets.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Stocks merchandise and supports floor/wrap processes; cross-trains in processing departments as needed.
• Follows safety rules and uses required safety equipment; communicates hazards to leadership.
