Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. The role involves processing donated merchandise for sale, pricing and ticketing, and meeting sales quotas while maintaining safety and store standards.

Must be physically capable and able to lift and move items in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be at least 18, able to pass a background check, and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be physically able to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate objects.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise including pricing and ticketing to meet quotas.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and store/work station standards.
• Safeguards company property and reports discrepancies or safety concerns.
• Follows safety rules and uses appropriate safety equipment while processing merchandise.
