Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Store Team Member to lead a great customer and brand experience while promoting sales.

You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, stock the floor, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and ensures safety rules are followed.
• Reports any hazardous materials and assists with storage and disposal.
