Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team-oriented individual to examine and grade donated goods for in-store resale. This role supports fast-paced production goals across multiple work areas while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will contribute to a positive guest experience, work collaboratively with teammates, and participate in required trainings to promote growth and efficiency across our 100+ locations in the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to operate forklift (certified).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training materials and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
