Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with ability to work fast-paced
• Must work independently as well as in a team
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment; forklift eligibility at 18+

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production goals
• Identify and solve problems and/or seek management support
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards or injuries
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
