Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking staff to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our Retail stores. The role supports fast-paced production and requires accurate processing, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. You may rotate across areas, assist with training, and contribute to a positive guest experience while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and solve problems and seek management support as needed
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers
• Follow training materials and work instructions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
