Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our Retail stores. The role supports production goals in a fast-paced environment while following SOPs and safety practices.

Responsibilities include processing goods, collaborating across shifts, and communicating with management. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates should be able to operate safely in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
