RTX, the world-leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Associate Director, DoN Lead Customer Integrator for Pratt & Whitney Military Engines. The role represents PWME with DoN customers in the National Capital Region and DoN bases, advancing business objectives and strengthening relationships.

You will coordinate with RTX Global Government Relations, DoW stakeholders, and defense partners to deliver PWME solutions for naval aviation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with US Navy/Marine Corps aviation, DoW processes, PPBE planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represents PWME with DoN customers in the National Capital Region and DoN bases.
• Maintain relationships with USN/USMC aviation stakeholders to develop propulsion solutions.
• Coordinate with RTX GGR and other Washington DC colleagues on program plans and engagements.
• Engage DoN, DoW, USG agencies, partners, and think tanks to strengthen PWME priorities in DC.
