Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Military Engines is seeking an Associate Director to Lead DoN Customer Integrator activities in the National Capital Region and at DoN bases. You will interface with DoN and DoW customers to advance PWME propulsion solutions and understand USG processes to meet system requirements.

This role requires extensive Navy aviation experience and an active DoD clearance, with close collaboration across RTX GGR and PWME program leads to drive customer satisfaction and strategic priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive US Navy/USMC aviation experience and DoW/USG process knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Active DoD security clearance required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Represent PWME with DoN customers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in DC.
• Build relationships with USN/USMC aviation stakeholders to align propulsion solutions.
• Coordinate with RTX GGR and cross-RTX teams on priorities.
• Support policy and congressional engagement as needed.
