Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Military Engines (PWME) seeks a senior professional to strengthen DoN propulsion solutions and DoW process alignment. You will engage DoN stakeholders in the National Capital Region, coordinate with RTX GGR, and support PWME priorities with U.S. Congress leadership.

Role emphasizes strategic relationship building, cross-functional leadership, and rigorous program management to ensure readiness and mission success in aerospace defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Extensive US Navy and/or Marine Corps aviation experience and familiarity with DoW/DoN processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with limited supervision and drive continuous improvement.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Represents Pratt & Whitney Military Engines’ (PWME) with customers in the National Capital Region and DoN bases.
• Maintains close relationships with USN/USMC aviation stakeholders to develop best solutions for propulsion needs.
• Liaises with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) team and coordinates with colleagues focusing on other DoD programs.
• Engages with DoW/DoN communities and defense industry partners to support PWME objectives.
• Represents military engine interests with the U.S. Congress in coordination with RTX GGR.
• Advancing strategic relationships to meet customer requirements and communicating PWME priorities to USG and industry leaders.
