Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Position Summary

The primary purpose of the Director of Nursing is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Essential Duties

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the daily functions of the nursing department according to applicable regulations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for comprehensive care.
• Complete administrative tasks such as medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
• Ensure adequate staffing of licensed practical and/or registered nurses, CNAs, medications, and safety equipment to maintain quality care.
