Mascoutah Rehab and Nursing is seeking a DON Director of Nursing RN to fill a full-time, salaried position. You'll be working in a well-managed facility with a strong support staff.

We are looking for a DON Director of Nursing RN who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support in uncertain situations. Must be well-organized and motivated.

This position offers a current salary range of $90,000, depending on experience and census, with annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500. Full-time DON Directors of Nursing RN are supported by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and more.

Requirements:

• Active state RN license is required.
• SNF/long-term care experience is required.
• This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
