Job summary

Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc. (AP) is seeking a self-driven civil or mechanical engineer to join our Domestic Water division in a team-focused environment.

You’ll work on designing municipal water systems, pump stations, reservoirs, and water treatment facilities, with client and contractor coordination. The role offers continual training, exposure to state-of-the-art technology, and pathways from project support to management.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in civil or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Three-plus years of design experience related to pump stations, reservoirs, and/or water treatment systems.
• PE license in Oregon and/or Washington, or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to design municipal water systems.
• Develop drawings and specifications for pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment systems.
• Develop Water System Master Plans and related reports.
• Assist with scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and project delivery plans.
• Provide in-field technical assistance during construction and coordination with clients/contractors.
