We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in leading and delivering municipal water infrastructure projects, working directly with clients and internal design teams across a wide range of civil engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for a self‑starter with strong technical expertise, proven project leadership experience, and a solid understanding of the consulting engineering environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage municipal water infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction
  • Oversee projects involving water distribution systems, pipelines, pump stations, and water treatment facilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals, schedules, and budgets are met
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
  • Prepare and review plans, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation
  • Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
  • Track project performance and financials; ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles
  • Participate in business development efforts, including lead identification, client meetings, and proposal support
  • Document findings, recommendations, and project progress with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting engineering, with a strong focus on municipal water systems
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain via reciprocity
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects for municipal water clients
  • Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
