Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to plan and design water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure. You will perform hydraulic simulations, prepare reports, and support regulatory compliance while working remotely with occasional site travel.

The role requires a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program, and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and HEC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET Accredited) is required.
• PE Licensure Required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure.
• Perform hydraulic simulations and process calculations; prepare engineering reports and permit applications.
• Represent Atwell in client and regulatory meetings; conduct site assessments of existing facilities; develop design solutions for upgrades.
