Job summary

People's Place II, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Director for Turning Point to lead a domestic violence program offering counseling, advocacy, and survivor supports, including school-based prevention and treatment components.

The role supervises staff, ensures trauma‑informed service delivery, oversees operations, and maintains compliance with funding requirements; requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field with Delaware licensure and at least two

  • Experience in domestic violence field is required.
