Job summary

Cavalier Logistics in the United States is seeking a full-time Domestic Operations Agent to support client shipments from pickup to delivery. The role requires accuracy, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time performance.

You will schedule pickups, prepare documents, provide proof of delivery, and maintain records while meeting tight deadlines. A high school diploma is required; industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
• Accommodate clients’ freight routing needs.
• Perform cost analysis of services provided by different vendors.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery of cargo.
• Preparing and/or proofreading all associated documents.
• Providing proof of delivery to customers.
• Share on-call duties with other department members.
• Work closely with other departments (export/import) to deliver high level of service to customers.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.
