Ford Motor Company is seeking a Domain Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives in electronic modules and sensors. You will drive warranty transformation, analyze data, and collaborate across Electronic Hardware, Software, PVT, and supplier teams to improve product quality.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in PD or manufacturing quality, data-driven problem solving, and experience with Ford’s quality systems. The role is hybrid with onsite work four+ days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 4+ years in PD, manufacturing, or quality roles with data-driven focus.
• Experience using Ford quality data systems and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead warranty improvement for electronic hardware across programs.
• Analyze warranty trends and report CP/R metrics to prioritize actions.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop customer insights from warranty data to guide improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and suppliers on quality plans.
• Lead supplier warranty reviews and support GWC/Spike recovery.
