Dollywood is seeking a Dolly Parton Experience Host for the Dollywood Theme Park. This on-site, part-time seasonal role focuses on welcoming Guests, sharing information, and maintaining clean, safe experiences at DPE attractions.

The role emphasizes positive interactions, adherence to rules, and confidentiality about company information. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, accurately count attendance, and monitor queue lines.
• Sanitize all high-touch points on a schedule.
• Explain and enforce DPE entrance rules to Guests.
• Assist Guests with information about DPE areas.
• Operate system controls to power exhibits on and off.
• Keep the DPE and related spaces clean and organized throughout the day.
• Maintain entertainment signage as needed.
• Complete daily reports and Guest surveys.
• Support special DPE functions as needed.
• Provide accurate park information through continued education.
