Job summary

American Girl, a Mattel subsidiary, is seeking an Experience Associate for the Dallas store. You will deliver friendly and informative service, assist customers, and adapt to changing business needs while working with dolls and salon services.

Training will be provided for ear piercing, with opportunities to participate in events and daily store activities. A flexible retail schedule including days, nights, and weekends is required, and prior sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or service environment is preferred.
• Hair styling experience, especially for dolls, is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Must be willing to perform girl ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Approach, acknowledge and assist customers promptly.
• Execute style for dolls according to company standards and demonstrate proper doll hair care and skin care techniques.
• Perform ear piercing services with training provided and ensure waivers and aftercare procedures are reviewed with guests.
• Conduct inventory of salon supplies and stock salon area and communicate replenishment needs.
