Responsibilities

• Help clients find a vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening to their answers.
• Show clients online tools to review vehicle features, packages and options.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of vehicles and latest technology options (hybrid, navigation, Bluetooth).
• Explain product benefits and available upgrades equipment.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with customers and collaborate with sales managers on pricing and upgrades.
• Assist with lead generation via email and text communication and stay current on vehicle developments.
• Record lead information (names, emails, phone numbers) and participate in sales meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with and conduct vehicle appraisals.
