Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of professional training/facilitation experience.
• Associate’s degree acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Experience as a classroom instructor or trainer.
• Understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
• Ability to train groups up to 50 participants.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct military personnel transitioning to civilian occupations.
• Identify goals and gaps in employment or education.
• Provide guidance on job search, networking, and credentialing.
• Assist in preparing for civilian employment and technical programs.
• Conduct small and large group instruction on the job search process.
• Deliver standardized curriculum in-person or virtually.
• Complete travel and classroom reports in a timely manner.
