You will mentor staff, manage schedules, monitor KPIs like Memberships and Labor Efficiency Ratio, and ensure safety in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a passion for dogs.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation.
