Job summary

Qualifications

• Genuine love for dogs and experience handling multiple breeds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize dog body language and stress signals.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work some weekends, some holidays, and early morning or evening shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members.

• Feed, water, and administer medications to guests according to owner instructions
• Maintain clean and sanitary environments through regular cleaning and disinfecting
• Assess dog behavior and temperament to ensure safe and positive group interactions
• Communicate updates and daily reports to pet owners regarding their dog's stay
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying vaccination records and owner information
• Identify and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns to management

• Bathing dogs as needed.
