We’re proud to be in an $8B+ industry that continues to grow as pet parents seek premium, trusted care for their furry family members.

At NVA Pet Resorts, our mission is simple: create safe, fun, and loving environments for pets while providing experiences for our clients and team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Walking dogs and supervising playgroups
  • Feeding pets and administering medications
  • Cleaning and sanitizing pet rooms and common areas
  • Monitoring pet health, behavior, and interactions
  • Documenting care notes and communicating with leadership
  • Engaging pets in enrichment activities like fetch, walks, and basic obedience games
  • Comforting shy guests and managing high-energy groups
  • Laundry and general facility upkeep
  • And yes - you’ll scoop poop, clean messes, o home with fur on your clothes, and probably get plenty of sloppy kisses.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Passionate about dogs and cats
  • Gentle, patient, and safety-focused
  • Comfortable supervising multiple dogs at once
  • Able to recognize and prevent conflicts in playgroups
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Friendly and comfortable speaking with pet parents
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

You must be able to:
