Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years of dog handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise the shift when managers are unavailable.
• Ensure safety and welfare of dogs and clients throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with handlers and concierges; assist with boarding/dog care tasks.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Maintain records and assist with reporting.
