Job summary

Peak Legacy Ranch in Peyton, CO is seeking a part-time Kennel Technician to care for dogs, feed, clean kennels, and monitor health. The role suits those with pet-sitting or dog-care experience and a strong work ethic.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 40+ lbs, work early mornings (6:00 am) and at least one late shift, plus weekends. Starting pay ranges from $16–$19+ per hour with a possible $2–$3/hr bonus and vacation accrual after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Endurance in a manual labor environment.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift 40+ lbs.
• Accurately read and use measurements.
• Ability to follow directions and checklists.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Availability to work at least five shifts per week.
• Flexible hours.
• Must work at least one a.m. shift (6:00 am) and one p.m. shift (until 8:30 pm).
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
