Peak Legacy Ranch in Peyton, CO is seeking a part-time Kennel Technician to join our dedicated team. You will be feeding, cleaning, monitoring animal health, and assisting with puppy socialization in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40+ lbs, weekend availability, and reliable transportation. Training wage starts at $16 per hour with potential increases after training and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Availability to work at least five shifts per week.
• Flexible hours.
• Must work at least one a.m. shift (6:00 am).
• Must work at least one p.m. shift (until 8:30 pm).
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities will include:

• Feeding and watering animals
• Cleaning kennels and enclosures
• Monitoring health of animals
• Training and socialization of puppies
• Other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED

Compensation:

• Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
• Starting Pay: $16-19+ per hour ($16 training, $17 after training + $2-3/hr bonus potential)
• Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
