Job summary

TMPC, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate contract management activities for DOE-related programs at the Oak Ridge site. The role requires directing staff, managing deliverables, and aligning projects with the program’s strategic goals.

The ideal candidate brings advanced security program experience, DOE/Safeguards familiarity, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DOE Q access; on-site work is required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of security program experience, including federal safeguards supervision.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DOE Q access authorization (Active Q preferred).
• On-site availability at transition and commitment for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability to the DOE Contracting Officer and COR for every contract.
• Direct and supervise 46 staff through four working leads (hiring, assignment, training, performance).
• Manage quality control, safety programs, and all contract deliverables and reports.
• Lead 30-day transition from incumbent contractor and manage inventories of classified matter and personnel security files.
• Coordinate with DOE staff, M&O contractors, and other contractors.
