Candidates should have six years of technical writing experience in Federal Government projects and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. The position is onsite in Syracuse, New York, and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Six years technical writing experience in similar Federal Government programs.
• Ability to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering and maintenance drawings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and maintaining technical documents.
• Authors and edits technical documentation for hardware and software.
• Produces user manuals and training manuals for the end-user community.
