Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks a Technical Writer for Syracuse, NY to prepare, review, and maintain technical documents supporting DoD programs, hardware and software publications, installation guides, and user manuals.

The role requires 3–5 years of federal project writing, DoD clearance eligibility, and strong skills in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Visio, and MS Office. This onsite position offers relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical writing experience in DoD programs.
• Ability to write, review, and maintain technical documents for hardware and software.
• Experience producing installation guides and user manuals for DoD systems.
• Interprets engineering drawings and maintenance procedures for end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with engineers.
