AGE Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer to provide onsite operational, engineering, and sustainment support for enterprise and tactical networks at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

The role covers secure, reliable networks across classified and unclassified systems, in collaboration with government personnel and cyber staff. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize network and cybersecurity technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Versa, and other platforms, ensuring mission readiness and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant IT/Engineering focus.
• 3+ years direct DoD or federal network experience preferred.
• 3–6 years hands-on network engineering/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network performance and recommend capacity, scalability, and performance adjustments.
• Support daily network operations including maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle replacements.
• Assist with design, implementation, and validation of network configurations ( Routers, Switches, Firewalls, servers).
• Utilize Python and Ansible to streamline network administration and tasks.
• Monitor network availability and health; troubleshoot incidents and outages.
• Participate in development of network architectures (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures including firewall policies and access controls.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
• Support DoD RMF compliance and Army network standards.
• Coordinate with government customers, vendors, and support teams.
