Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant systems engineering and integration experience.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience developing specs, ICDs, verification matrices and test docs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and develop, allocate, validate, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
• Support architectures, baselines, design trade studies, and interfaces coordination.
• Develop and review ICDs; coordinate hardware, software, and data interfaces.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and field testing.
• Prepare technical reports, briefings, and assessment documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate ECPs, deviations, and design changes for impacts.
• Assist lifecycle sustainment including reliability and maintainment.
• Participate in SRR/SFR/CDR/TRR and production readiness reviews.
