Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. near Dayton, OH seeks a journeyman systems administrator to support Wright-Patterson AFB with on‑premises networks and security in a classified environment. You will manage multiple classified and unclassified systems, apply patches, and maintain COMSEC inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive systems administration in Linux/Windows.
• DoD RMF/STIG knowledge and cybersecurity controls preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and network services essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer classified and unclassified networked systems, patching and updates.
• Maintain equipment/software inventory and COMSEC assets.
• Provide troubleshooting and Helpdesk support for IT issues.
• Configure user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists.
• Support VTC and remote access for secure environments.
