Renuity is seeking an Installation Manager Skillbridge Intern to oversee and manage all-product Installation teams, focusing on install revenue, efficiency, safety, quality, customer service and labor scheduling.
You will coordinate scheduling, review project scopes, monitor KPI performance, ensure compliance with codes and standards, train installers, and drive improvements across budgeting, reporting and field operations.
The Installation Manager Skillbridge Intern is responsible for oversight and management of the all-product Installation teams, with focus on install revenue, install efficiencies, safety, quality of installation, customer service and labor scheduling. This includes fleet management, installation scheduling support, and system installation.
Schedule installers, coordinate material delivery, and review project scopes.
Complete daily the Job Cost Tracker to identify areas of opportunity and improve KPIs and other metrics.
Execute company wide initiatives and build out improvement plans to meet and exceed established KPI’s goals.
Collect all outstanding Account Balances and ensure completion certificates are signed.
Monitor the progress of all installation jobs and maintain reports of time to completion and first-time completion rate.
Manage installers to ensure scope of work for jobs is clear and defined; appropriate labor and materials are defined for job completion, and work is performed according to Renuity HomeOrg’s standards and specifications.
Provide job assessment for projects to maximize scheduling to achieve Install Revenue Goals
Review all new jobs daily to assess labor and skills requirements.
Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, company guidelines, and installation processes and procedures.
Assess Installer performance, process payroll, and calculate bonuses.
Ensure all vehicles follow the maintenance plan and are properly maintained, licensed and inspected.
Monitor GPS for all vehicles and resolve issues that arise (I.e. speeding, violations, tows, etc.)
Conduct Installer on-site job checks and quality audits
Monitor and schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs ensuring these are up to date.
Ensure that all equipment used in performing the installations is in good working order and that the installers are trained and that training is documented.
Address client questions, handle escalated issues, and confirm customer satisfaction.
Respond to and resolve all customer escalations from install team immediately if on the job site and always upon job completion.
Proactively contact the customer after each job to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.
Conduct site visits and training with the Installers to ensure that the correct customer care is being delivered consistently.
Respect the customer in all aspects of the job from start to finish.
Monitor department profit and loss (P&L), manage inventory, and audit equipment or vehicle compliance.
Provide job assessment for projects to maximize scheduling to achieve Install Revenue Goals
Work with Customer Service to optimize scheduling to meet revenue goals.
Develop projections and leverage resources based on business needs.
Complete daily the Job Cost Tracker to identify areas of opportunity and improve KPIs and other metrics.

Managing labor effectively to meet operational budgets and ratios.
Ensuring branch inventory counts are accurate.
Complete weekly progress reports for Management encompassing installation, service, and quality assurance.
Identify and address service issues with the team and cross-functional departments.
Manage, train, and mentor installation crews, technicians, or project leads
Training with vendors and suppliers to maintain up to date industry application and product knowledge.

Develop, Train and onboard new installers and install helpers.
Monthly perform team skills assessment and ongoing training of staff, identifying appropriate training resources to fill skill gaps.
Coordinate weekly team meetings to provide additional training, address opportunities and track teams' performance vs goals.
Ensuring jobs are staged 3-7 days in advance to ensure materials are available and ready for install team (Coatings).
Coordinate logistics of daily morning roll-out, assuring product and documentation are complete.
Support Territory Operations Manager as required
