This program, designed for transitioning service members, offers hands-on experience and mentorship to bridge military skills into civilian roles. The internship aligns with DoD SkillBridge guidelines and allows service members to gain civilian work experience while remaining on military payroll.

Qualifications

• STEM degree preferred but not required.
• Active duty service member eligible for SkillBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to projects including research, analysis and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on background and expertise.
• Gain experience in technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Develop professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem solving.
