SimVentions, Inc. is offering a DoD SkillBridge internship for active-duty service members with a STEM background. The program enables hands-on civilian work experience while remaining on military compensation and benefits during the last 180 days of service.

Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, support cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity areas.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the completion of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input and suggestions based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
